สาธารณูปโภคและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก
หน่วยงานรัฐ ภาคเอกชน และสถาบันการศึกษาสามารถเข้าใช้โครงสร้างพื้นฐานสำคัญด้านวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการวิจัยพัฒนา ตลอดจนเชื่อมโยงการทำงานผ่านระบบนิเวศนวัตกรรมของ EECi และยังสามารถเช่าที่ดินระยะยาวและ/หรือการเช่าพื้นที่ในอาคารเพื่อการวิจัยพัฒนา โดยได้รับสิทธิ BOI สูงสุด อีกด้วย
กลุ่มอาคารต่างๆ ของสำนักงานใหญ่ EECi ได้รับการออกแบบขึ้นเพื่อรองรับกิจกรรมวิจัยพัฒนาโดยเฉพาะ ประกอบด้วยโรงงานต้นแบบ (Pilot Plants) โรงงานผลิตพืช (Plant Factories) โรงเรือนอัจฉริยะ (Smart Greenhouses) พื้นที่ทดลองผลิต (Demonstration Plants) สนามทดลองและทดสอบ (Testbeds) เพียบพร้อมด้วยสาธารณูปโภคและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกบนสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการทำนวัตกรรม
